A love story that details the encounters between Hitomi, and her math teacher.[2]

Escape is a short story, and has only one volume with an unknown number of chapters. Shueisha published it in 1988, and Ribon serialized it.

In 2008, Escape was combined with Usubeni no Arashi, and republished in "bunko" format. The short stories, "Sora o Aogu Hana," "Harunanoni" and "Futari no Seaside Park" were included in the volume.[3]
